The COVID-19 prophylactic vaccine has achieved an early stage of success

The disease caused by the COVID-19 virus strain is complicated, scientists around the world are speeding up vaccine research to prevent the rapid spread of this virus and they have achieved an early stage of success.

Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, China, said they had achieved an early stage of success during the trial of the vaccine against COVID-19. During the injection of the COVID-19 virus antigen test, the mice's body responded well and they produced antibodies. The COVID-19 virus has been screened for 4 generations. The vaccine is recombinant, starting with viral culture then testing on animals. In vaccines containing a certain amount of pathogenic antigen, when it is injected into an animal, If the body responds well, it will make antibodies against antigen to protect the body.

Meanwhile, a research team at the University of Queensland (Australia) says the vaccine has been successfully produced and it will be tested on animals this week. As per Dr. Paul Young, Rector of the University of Queensland School of Chemical Science and Molecular Biology, the team of 20 people has been working hard since the outbreak of COVID-19. During the study, the team developed 100 different types of proteins to screen out the most effective ones for preventing viruses. After the animal tests are completed, the vaccine will be sent to the laboratories of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) to conduct further experiments to assess its effectiveness and safety when it is tested on the human body. If animal clinical trials show positive results, the vaccine will be expected to be available to humans in the middle of this year.
